We’ve recently noticed that some users are encountering a misleading security alert from the Avast antivirus app. The alert seems to be triggered because our domain name contains the word “sl,” which Avast mistakenly identifies as a potential threat.
To resolve this issue temporarily, we recommend instructing your listeners to add an “Exception” in Avast. They can do this by clicking on “More Options” in the alert message, then selecting “Exception” from the menu. Once the exception is created, they should be able to access your stream without any problems.
We are also working on a permanent solution by contacting Avast to have our domain whitelisted.
